TO HONOR 9/11 last week I spent some quality time with the firefighters of Martin County, IAFF Local 2959, and Palm Beach County, IAFF Local 2928. One spark plug, Martin County's Lieutenant Todd Tucker, put together a week of events to memorialize and remember 9/11, including a solemn Blue Mass celebrated by the Bishop of the Palm Beach Diocese, and a moving and patriotic flag ceremony.
